B02 is a company that offers everything for leaders and their teams, starting with recreational and teambuilding events up to sophisticated personnel training programs in the field of leadership and team building.
We’ve been cooperating with companies from the Baltic states, Russia and Scandinavia lately, ensuring services in Latvian, Russian, English and German.

Why B02? B02 provides programs, avoiding standardized clichés, dull lectures and endless PwP presentations. The daily work at B02 is creating programs that are developed specifically for each customer, applicable to their situations, nuances and based on their needs and values.

Nauris Svika, B02 owner, is a former army officer. He learned leadership and team building skills at the Military Academy in Germany and improved them in various trainings led by British, Danish, Swedish and American trainers. He participated in missions in Kosovo and Iraq with a team he had been building from the very beginning. According to Nauris Svika, this team could serve as an example for others, and not only military teams. Their call-sign during the Iraq mission was B02 (Bravo Zero Two), hence the company name, associated with a very strong team.
Nauris Svika started to train business leaders and teams in 2007. He has been mentioned in “Biznesa Psiholoģija”, Forbes magazines, the internet portal nekrize.lv and others. He appeared at the international conference in London in 2011, introducing to the world the unique personnel training programs done by B02 using the military simulator equipment. He is a finalist of Sales guru 2010 competition. Nauris Svika is cooperating with Latvia’s Society for the Blind, helping people to develop their personalities. He is the author of the personal leadership book “Pats!”.
